The following steps are suggested, but not mandatory when visiting the Spa at Relics Retreat. There are medical contraindications you should be aware of before considering this sequence. You are responsible for your health and knowing whether or not you have a contraindicated condition or are on any medications that may deem you unable to participate in any of these steps.

STEP 1:
SHOWER
You first, must prepare your skin's pores for effective physiological responses by exfoliating all dead cells and topical agents that settle in the skin's pores & creases.
PLEASE REMOVE THEM
If you are choosing to wear swimwear, it must be rinsed free of any detergents or agents before entering our jacuzzis.
NO COTTON, DENIM, OR FABRIC OTHER THAN SWIM-INTENDED MATERIAL PLEASE.
DRINK WATER

STEP 2:
SWEAT &
HYDRATE
15-20 Minutes in one of our sauna baths.
The Ruusu - 160F Dry or AromaSteam
The Maa - 140F-212F Wood-Fired, Dry
Or Aroma-Steam
DRINK WATER

STEP 3:
ICE SHOWER
or at least a COOL one
10 Seconds to 3 Minutes
50 Degrees will

REST FOR 15 MINUTES
In the Pool
Yoga
On the Deck
In a Mineral Salt Foot Bath
DRINK WATER
